Orders placed in this manner are given the same care and attention as orders received directly via the web - your peace of mind is our top priority.

Shipping/Handling

Shipping is calculated based on total weight of the products ordered. The shipping amount will not be displayed until you begin the checkout process. Shipping is via UPS Shipping service.

If you have any questions about any of the items please email us and we will explain our shipping policy and the order with you.

Same Day Shipping applies to orders recieved Monday through Friday prior to 4:00 pm EST. All orders recieved after 4:00 pm will ship the next business day.

Items that we are unable to ship because of being out of stock will not automatically be backordered.

Returns

All returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns are subject to shipping charges.
